Rules and Regulations
 Rent shall be at the rate of $225.00 per night with a minimum rent of 2 (two) nights or on holiday weekends a minimum of 3 (three) nights required. This rate is for 6 (six) persons and use of the seven stall barn. Additional persons add $15 per person per night.
Your credit card may be charged a $75 cleaning fee if, after inspection, housekeeping is required. If you prefer, you may pay $75 for cleaning services at the Iron Mountain Tack Shop prior to check-out.
Check-in is no earlier than 2:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am unless prior arrangements are agreed upon.
Renters will muck out stalls and place containers outside barn for pick-up. Failure to do so will result in a $20 (twenty dollars) barn fee.
Cancellation Policy: should tenant need to cancel more than 30 (thirty) days prior to the reservation date a refund of the deposit will be made. If cancellation is within 30(thirty) days of the reservation date the deposit will be non-refundable unless The Bunkhouse is re-rented, then the deposit will be refunded minus a $ 75 (seventy-five) dollar re-booking fee.
Agent reserves the right of immediate eviction for conduct that is a threat to persons or Agent's property.
